Where do you remodel?
We are based in Tigard. We regularly work in Lake Oswego, Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, Beaverton, and West Slope, and we also take jobs in other Portland metro neighborhoods. Call 503-453-0786 if you want us to check your address.
How much does a remodel cost?
It depends on the room and what you are changing. As of Oct 2026, the projects we build typically start around $25,000 for a bathroom, $60,000 for a kitchen, and $125,000 for an addition. Materials, layout changes, and structural work move the price from there. You get a written estimate after a free visit to your house.
How long does a remodel take?
Most bathroom remodels take 4 to 8 weeks. Most kitchen remodels take 6 to 12 weeks. Most home additions take 3 to 6 months from permitting through completion. We give you a schedule before work starts.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. When a job needs a permit, we pull it and meet the inspections. Permit fees are part of the total. Each city reviews plans on its own timeline, and we account for that in the schedule.
How does a project start?
We come to your house, look at the space, and talk through what you want. That visit is free. If you want to go ahead, we write a detailed estimate before any work begins. Owner Josh Farrand stays with the job from that first visit through the final walkthrough.
